Ganja Cookbook

for all the cooks out there... i think some ppl here might like these recipes, enjoy joint


i didnt create any of these recipes, i just pass on the knowledge;


Ganja Butter

Heat a cup of water for every ounce of herb
add the herb and half a block of butter for every oz.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
Strain the mix and keep the liquid.
Boil more water and pour it through the mix again to get any leftover butter. ( I usually do this twice)
Let it sit until the butter and water separate.
When cooled, the green butter will set on top of the water.
Keep the butter, and throw away the water.

HONEY WEED MEAD

Honey mead is one of the easiest types of wine to make. It’s quite tasty and packs a good punch.
Needs:
250ml of honey
1 package of yeast
4.5L of water
a half Oz of primo
4 cinnamon sticks
Boil 4.5L of water in a pot add honey.
Boil this mix for about an hour continually skimming any bee’s wax off the top.
Remove from the heat and let cool until about 38C or 100F
add yeast. Cover with a cloth and let ferment for two or three days.
Find yourself 4 1 litre wine bottles, steralize them (boil or bake clean bottles for 20 mins).
Place 1/8 or more weed into each bottle along with a cinnamon stick.
Fill the bottles with your liquid, cap or cork tightly.
Let sit in a dark closet for 6-8 weeks.


THC Lemonade

Ingredients:
Mary Jane (About a good bowls worth finely ground)
everclear ( just enough to slightly cover the MJ)
Water ( tall glass worth)
1 Large Lemon
Raw Sugar to Taste ( buzz in coffee grinder to disolve easy)
Prep:
In a small SS pot… put in cannabis and then the everclear.
On about med-low heat burn off most of the alcohol… stirring occasionally. Then add half the water… bring up heat and boil till reduced by almost half.
Take off heat… and add rest of water, lemon juice and sugar.
Chill in freezer… then Enjoy!


CannaBanana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup softened cannabutter*
1 cup Sugar
2 eggs
1 cup ripe Bananas
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup nuts or chocolate chips
-cream butter and sugar
-add eggs slowly
-blend in Bannanas
-in sperate bowl sift dry ingreadiants
-add dry ingreadiants and chips or nuts to bannana mixture.
-mix untill everything comes togather but becarefull to not overmix, overmixing is bad.
-bake 350 for 1 hour
-test with toothpick for readyness. Poke with toothpick… if it comes out clean it’s done, if it comes out gooey, give it a few more mins.
* The effect of this recipe is totally dependant on your canna butter potency. If you feel your butter is lacking you can also add dry, ground herb to this recipe, about a 1/2 cup per loaf before you start to notice the “weed” flavor. Some prefer it, I don’t.
To make my cannabutter for this recipe I used 2 oz of high quality Nl#5 trim & bud per pound of butter.


CannaMilk

gently simmer 1-2 grams of flowers per cup of whole milk for 20 minutes
or gently simmer 7 grams per cup of 10% cream
multiply weight by 4 for leaves
strain and serve

option: add 1 mint tea bag per cup immediately after turning off heat and steep for 6 minutes
test for potency and be careful because its easy to overdo it and the experience could be ‘unpleasant’

SCOOBY SNACKS

125 g.(4 oz/1 stick)unsalted butter
50 g.(2 oz/5 tbsp) granulated sugar
15g.(1/2 oz)light soft brown sugar
15g.(1/2 oz)crumbled hash or 30g.(1 oz)ground ganja
1 egg
few drops of vanilla extract
125g.(4 oz/1 cup)plain flour
15g.(1/2oz)cocoa powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
125g.(4 oz)plain dark chocolate chips
50g.(2 oz)roughly chopped pecan nuts.
Makes about 30
1.Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F/Gas4. Grease 3 baking sheets.
2.cream the butter, sugars and cannabis in a bowl until light and fluffy. meanwhile, in another bowl beat the egg and the vanilla essence together. Gradually beat the egg mix into the butter mix.
3.Next sift the flour, cocoa, and bicarbonate of soda over the creamed mixture, stirring it in carefully. Finally add the choc. chips and nuts.
4.transfer the teaspoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the pre-prepared baking sheets, spacing the dollops well apart. then bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the mixture has spread out and the cookies are beginning to feel solid.
5.remove from the oven and place on wire racks to cool and crisp. store the scooby snacks in an airtight container somewhere dark and cool.


Stoned Turkey

Stuffing for a small turkey (8-10 lbs):
1/4 oz cannabis (consistency of oregano)
1/8 cup lard (it’s got to be lard or butter)
2 stalks celery sliced
1 can of mushrooms
1 medium cooking onion diced
4 slices of whole grain bread cubed (small cubes 1/4″)
poultry seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
Melt the lard in a cast iron frying pan (preferably).
Saute the cannabis in it on low for at least ten minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and sautee for another 10 minutes until the onion looks somewhat translucent.
Allow to cool before stuffing into turkey(or you’ll hurt yourself)
brush whatever little tricombes and fat are left in the pan onto the top of the bird
Cook turkey as per directions….approx 25 minutes per lb at 325 degrees
Chocolate Cherry Bomb’s
1/2 cup budder (green butter)
1 &1/3cup crushed cinnamon ghram cracker crumbs
1 bag of sweet chocolate chips
1 jar of drained marachino cherries
mix the budder and cracker crumbs together. Press them in a pie pan or cake pan. Bake this mixture for 10-15 minutes until it is like a crust.
Melt the chocolate chips in a double broiler or a microwave.
Cut the cherries in half.
When the crust part is done, cut them into bite size peices, about 1″x1″
place a half of a cherry on each peice and then drizzle with melted chocolate. ref*****rate when cool.


Pot-Tarts

3 or 4 cups of fresh field blueberries
brown sugar
vanilla pod
cinnamon
Let simmer until it reduces.
In a pan I lightly browned 15 grams of dried ground Marijuana flowers with olive oil and maple syrup.
To my simmering pot I add the mary jane, 4 or 5 cubes of semi-sweet chocolate and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. A good fifteen minutes on low. Use a double boiler if ya want.
Then let cool.
I had baked the frozen pastries from the grocery store.
Fill pastries and tarts, top with french vanilla icing.
15 grams of flower is a fuckin potent beast for most, so you might wanna change that to suit your needs.
Also, bare in mind the difference between the flower and the leaves. if your using schwagg, then your gonna need to add more weed for same affect.


SHURIT ADS

(Egyptian Lentil Soup)
* 2 cups dried, hulled green/red lentils
3 cups vegetable stock
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 -3 cloves coarsly chopped garlic
2-3 tbsp. oil
6 grams. ground cannabis trimmings
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
lemon wedges to garnish
Brown cannabis in oil. Add onions and stir until soft. Add garlic and tomatoes and stir for a minute more. Add stock water and lentils. Add spices. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min. or until lentils are soft.
Serve with lemon wedges.


CannaTer-mater Soup

Ingredients:
Good Green Bud-A good joints worth… but you can add more or less
1/8th Cup Olive Oil
1 Cup chopped Grape Tomatoes
Pinch of Raw Sugar
2 Pinch of Salt
Prep:
In a Pyrex bowl over a pot of water… heat Olive Oil and Cannabis
for 30 min.
Add chopped Grape Tomatoes…Sugar, Salt… pull of heat and coat all of the Tomatoes with the Canna/Oil.
Blend with Food Processor, Blender or a Stick Blender.
Delicious… I add a splash of Soy/Rice milk.


CannaMeat Loaf

Quote:
1 egg
about 20 saltine crackers
1 lbs ground beef
1 small onion diced
1/4 green pepper diced
1 tsp worsteshire
Add garlic about 4 cloves if ya like
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 oz ground high potency weed
leaving out half the tomato sauce mix all the ingredients, bake for about 45 min.in a loaf pan till the top is nicely brown on 350 degrees. Now pour the rest of the sauce on top and put back in oven to bake for another 15 minutes……EAT


Marijuana Lasagne

WHITE SAUCE (WELL GREEN ACTUALLY)
* 50 grams green butter
* 3 small cloves of garlic
* 3-4 cups of milk
* 1 cup of tasty cheese
In a saucepan melt the butter, add finely chopped garlic & gently fry on
medium heat. Mix in the flour, enough to absorb the butter & look like a
dough. Slowly add the milk whilst whisking. Once all the milk is added &
mixture is smooth add the cheese & cook a bit more on a low heat till it
thickens.
RED LAYER
* 1 can chopped tomatoes
* 1 red onion diced
* 1 tsp of thyme (fresh or dried)
* 50 grams of green butter
Fry the diced onion in the butter, add the thyme, salt & pepper then tin of
chopped tomatoes, simmer for 20 mins.

GOLD LAYER
* 500 grams of pumpkin
* Sprig of rosemary
* 50 grams green butter
* 1 tsp cumin
* ¼ tsp nutmeg
Remove the skin from the pumpkin, chop into chunks & boil until soft &
drain. Add chopped rosemary, salt & pepper & the butter. Mash.

GREEN LAYER
* 1 bunch of silverbeet chopped (or spinach)
* 1 cup of ground cannabis leaf
* 1 bunch of chopped parsley
* 50 grams green butter
* Salt & pepper
Cook the silverbeet, drain & add the rest of the ingredients, roughly mix
METHOD
lasagne layering
Begin with the pumpkin layer, then start the tomato layer. When pumpkin is
almost cooked, start the silverbeet layer.
Put on to boil a 375 gram packet of dried lasagne, then start the white sauce.
Keep stirring.
Get a good sized dish like a casserole dish, & butter up the sides &
bottom well.
Start with a layer of pasta (1/4 of the pasta)
Add all the silverbeet mix a layer of pasta then some white sauce
Add all the pumpkin mix a layer of pasta then more white sauce
Finally the tomato layer then the rest of the pasta & white sauce
Put sliced tomatoes & sprinkle grated cheese on top
Bake at 180 C for 30-40 mins
Serves 8-10


Magic Pancakes

Quote:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup of water
3/4 cup of cannabis milk
Method:
Pre-heat griddle or frying pan while making the pancake batter. Do this on a medium high flame. Put all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well. Pour the wet mixture into the dry one and blend. Minimal stirring is required, and the batter should be somewhat lumpy. This makes the pancakes light and fluffy. If you beat the batter smooth, your pancakes will be tough n’ chewy.
Oil griddle slightly – pour batter. Flip the pancakes when the surface bubbles up. You may need to lower the heat a little to keep the pancakes from burning, but the higher the heat, the lighter the pancakes.


Bloody Maryjuana

Ingredients:
1 cup tomatoes,undrained.
1 cup finely chopped,medium green bell pepper.
1 cup finely chopped cucumbers.
1 cup croutons.
1/2 cup medium,chopped onion.
2 tablespoons dry white wine.
2 tablespoons Hash oil.
1 tablespoon ground cumin.
1 tablespoon white vinegar.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon pepper.
2 ounces vodka.
3 drops worcerstershire sauce.
3 drops tobasco sauce.
Dash of Limoncello.
1.)Blend ingredients on medium speed,in covered blender or food processor until smooth.
2.)Pour ingredients into pot,cover,and refrigerate for 1 hour.


BBQ/THC Sauce

2 tablespoons of marijuana butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups of ketchup
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of smoke flavouring
2 tablespoons of vegetarian worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of liquid hot pepper sauce (optional)
Melt butter in a saucepan on a low flame; add onion and cook until tender, stirring often. Add all other ingredients. Heat on low flame for 30 minutes; stirring often


Mary’s MeatBall’s

Quote:
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
3 tablespoons of marijuana
3 tablespoons of India relish
Mix it up and shapeit into meatballs. Brown in a frying pan and drain. Place in a casserole with soup and 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes. Feeds about four people.


Ramen Weedles

Quote:
Combine in sauce pan on very low heat…
3 tbs. olive oil
4-6cloves of minced garlic
1finely chopped onion
Saute 5 minutes DO NOT BROWN!!
add
1-3 tbs marijuana leaf flour(powdered leaves)
or 2-4 grams powdered BUDS…
Saute another minute
Turn up heat
add
1 can crushed tomatoes(28ozs)
1-2 tsp. sugar
1 tbs soy sacue
2 tsp powdered oregano
1 tspsage
1/2teaspoon pepper
2 tbs red wine
Bring to boil…lower heat and simmer at least one hour
add 6 pack’s of Ramen Noodles, minus the seasoning packet.


Stir Fry Bud

1/2 small onion

herbal seasoning of your choice
Slice the peppers lengthwise into strips about 1/2-3/4 inch wide. Chop the onion. Throw everything together in a skillet with the butter and sautee. Serve over rice. Wait an hour.

It’s best to use real butter because herbal seasonings are fat soluble. You want the butter to carry the goodies. Use of a vegetable-oil-based margarine won’t work as well.
If you’re cooking this with friends, take turns standing over the skillet stirring the veggies and seasonings. You don’t want one person to have *all* the fun, as the vapors can be quite intense.


THC Whipped Cream

Cream has plenty of oil in it. So you can just steep buds in cream in a pan on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool. Make whipped cream.


FireCrackers

Quote:
1 gram or half gram of high quality herb
Two crackers
Peanut Butter
Foil
Oven
Preheat oven to 320 F
Obtain Crackers and spread on a glorious amount of peanut butter ( I like the crunchy stuff, mmmm )
Place weed nugget or piece of hash onto the center of the peanutty goodness, and sandwich the two to form a FireCracker.
The oven should be ready now, wrap the Firecracker in the Foil (completely) shiny side out. Put the Firecracker(s) on a baking sheet in the center of your oven, or whoevers dude lol.
Bake for 20-30 minutes
Check by unwrapping every 10 minutes after the first 15 minutes. If it starts to burn, turn down heat 50 degrees.

Honeysuckle Brew.

Quote:
1 souce pan
1 glass jar
milk. enough to fill jar 3/4 full
1 bag marshmellows
ginger
nutmag
cinnamin
desired amount of honeysuckle pure extract oil
desired amount of hash or oil (oil tasts best)
step 1) fill pan half way with water. add milk to jar and set in water. begin heating (WARNING: DO NOT EXEDE 120 DEGREES, AND NO LOWER THAN 100)
step 2) add 5 drops or so of honeysuckle extract to mixture as well as ginger and nutmag (you’ll have to mess with the amounts untell you find what works for you. I like mine nice and sweet others might not)
step 3) disolve hash/oil into mixture.
step 4) start adding marshmellows to mixture untill creamy it should also start to froth.
when done pour into mug top with more marshmellows and sprinkle with cinnamin.


Lompico Tea Cakes

You will need:
½ lb. Green Butter
½ cup plus 1 Tbs. Powdered sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 tsp. Almond extract
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 ¾ cups sifted flour
Whip the powdered sugar into the green butter until it turns a light sea foam green. Whip in the vanilla, almond, and a little salt. Blend in the chopped nuts. Finally, blend in the flour very lightly.
Form the mixture into the small balls, about half the size of a ping-pong ball and place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 300-degree oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on rack and roll powdered sugar.
This recipe will make about 3 ½ dozen cookies.

Rice CannaCakes

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons ganja butter
1 (10 ounce) bag regular marshmallows
6 cups crisp rice cereal
1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch pieces
Directions:
1) Melt the margarine in a large sauce pan over low heat.
2) Add marshmallows and mix until completely melted and then remove from heat.
3) Immediately add the cereal and stir until coated.
4) Mix in the butterscotch pieces.
5) Press the mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
6) Chill. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool.
Makes about 20


Weed Pizza

Ingredients:
Cannabis – 1 oz.
Pizza, Oven-Ready – 1
Cheese, Mozzarella – 1 cup
Using a coffee grinder, food processor or similar device, grind the cannabis into a fine powder. Spread the cannabis evenly over the pizza by sprinkling gently and then follow with the mozzarella cheese. Instead of adhering strictly to the recommended pizza-baking directions, carefully cook the pizza for two or three minutes longer than stated at 25 degrees below the recommended temperature.

Weeeezy Mac

Ingredients (For 2 people):
about 1 to 2 grams of weed (the more the better)
butter (about the weight and a half of the weed)
2 cups of water
2-3 packets of easy mac
1. Put the water in a pot and heat it up just below boiling so its just steaming.
2. Grind up your weed fine and remove any stems or seeds
3. Add your weed and butter to the water
4. Let the water melt the butter and stir the weed.
5. Let the water steam (not boil) for about 30 minutes. Add extra water if you want to let it steam for longer (this can make it stronger).
6. Add your easy mac packets (about 2-3 packets).
7. Let all the water soak into the noddles. (Cooking easy mac is fairly easy. I believe in you)


Johny Apple-Weed

4 apples (cored)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
4 cherries
1/3 cup chopped grass
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Powder the grass in a blender, then mix grass with sugar and water. Stuff cores with this paste. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, and top with a cherry. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.






Pork & Beans & Pot & Shit
for the country boy

1 large can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pork and beans
1/2 cup weed
4 slices bacon
1/2 cup light molasses
1/2 teaspoon hickory salt
3 pineapple rings
Mix together in a casserole, cover top with pineapple and bacon, bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serves about six.


Green-Beef Soup

Quote:
1 can condensed beef broth
3 tablespoons weed
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 can water
3 tablespoons chopped watercress
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Place in a refrigerator for two to three hours, reheat, and serve.


SUPERSKUNKS AWESOME SANDWICH

1 thing of peanut butter chocolate chips
1 banana
Potatoe bread
1 carmel filled dark chocolate candy bar
Cannabeanut butter
Firs take the potatoe bread and grab it and put it on the plate (or bowl???). Now take the cannabeanut butter and put it on the bread. (more the merrier) Then sprinkle however many peanut butter chocolate chips you want on the cannabeanut butter (so it sticks). Now like break the carmel filled candy bar into pieces so the carmel is leaking out put it on top of the cannabeanut butter and peanut butter chocoloate chips. Now slice the banana up into little pieces. Put the banana slices on top of the carmel filled chocolate bar, the cannabeanut butter, and the peanut butter chocolate chips. Now put a piece of bread on top of it all and enjoy.


Hash n’ Shit

• Porcelain pot or heat resistant pyrex bowl, it needs to withstand an oven
• (frying pan larger than the porcelin pot)
• Coffee filters (the re-usable gold filters work very well as well)
• 2 bowls
• rubbing alcohol (look for alcohol that is 99% pure)
Take 1 coffee filter, and place your marijuana in it. Pour the alcohol over the marijuana in the coffee filter so that the alcohol drains into one of the bowls. Squeeze every bit of the alcohol from the marijuana into the bowl.

Now transfer the same marijuana into a clean coffee filter, and use the same alcohol to pour over it again into the second bowl.
Keep repeating this over and over again. If you have a problem with the coffee filters breaking apart while you are squeezing the marijuana, use 2 or 3 coffee filters at a time. The alcohol will turn green.
Next, take the iron skillet set it on the stove, and put the porcelain pot into the skillet. Fill the skillet with water.
Alcohol is extrememly flamable. be carful
Do not cook the alcohol over the open flame. The water in the skillet assists in preventing the alcohol from getting too hot and helps to prevent the alcohol from igniting on fire.
Ensure your kitchen has good ventelation. Use the stove fan and other fans to move the air around in order to prevent fumes from gathering in one place and igniting.
Let the alcohol in the porcelain pot in the skillet simmer on “LOW”. Make sure the skillet remains full of water. The alcohol will evaporate very very quickly. Make sure you do not let it evaporate too quickly or burn the alcohol.
Once all the alcohol has been evaporated off, you will be left with hash oil. Take a razor blade and scrape it up and smoke it.

A buddy of mine wrote this up, and it’s dead on. Only thing i have to add is to stress the level of patience you must have in the evap process. don’t burn up your thc!


THC LEVEL DETERMINATION

this it how it works.
lets say your butter = A
your weed = b
you total thc content possible to extract fromb = c
let’s give values
A=2
b=28
c=unknown (your amount of thc, all depends on type of bud, etc of course)
d=a+b+c-b
a+b-[filtration]=d
assume the above is a full batch of product (brownies, cookies, what have you)

lets say you only have 14 of b.
then compensate, 1 for a. got me?
so if your recipe calls for 20 cookies out of the ounce
and you have half an ounce
cut all of your ingredient measurements in half.
if it were a quarter you could multiply all of your ingredients by .25
see? basic math
i’ve always done well with two sticks of butter = one ounce of pot. basically the whole idea is you want to get about 2-4 grams of bud in each cookie/brownie/etc

ALTERNATE GANJA BUTTER
ive done it and it’s the proper way to make it (DONT WASTE BUDS)
to make 1 lb. of butter (no margarin) use 1/4 lb of leaf
You’ll need to grind leaf with a coffee grinder, pepper grinder or blender.
Place powdered leaf and butter in crockpot. It is convenient to cook 3 or 4 pounds of butter at one time in a standard size crockpot. for smaller amounts use a smaller crockpot for cooking only one pound of butter, or less.
Heat butter and ground up leaf together in the crockpot on the lowest setting for 24 hours. When cool enough to handle, pour through the double layer of cheesecloth lined strainer into a large bowl. Twist pulp in the double layer of cheesecloth to get out all the liquid butter you can. Pour ganja butter into ceramic or glass dish for cooling. Refrigerate.

GREEN DRAGON VODKA
Green Dragon Vodka: ok i’m really blazed so i apologize in advance if this is completely scatter-brained but here’s a recipe for THC-vodka, well it’s really almost to simple to be called a recipe but here it goes…
get a bottle of STRONG vodka (the higher alcohol concentration extracts THC faster) and as much weed as u want (i recommend at least an 8th) then just drop the weed in the bottle and place in a warm place, let it sit for 2 weeks to 2 months (it’s best if you wait at least a month) and viola! You have Vodka containing a decent concentration of THC


___ BEST GANJA RECIPES ___
Acapulco Green
• 3 ripe avocados
• ½ cup chopped onions
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
• ½ cup chopped marihuana (grass)
Mix the vinegar, grass, and chili powder together and let the mixture stand for one hour. Then add avocados and onions and mash it all together. It can be served with tacos or as a dip.

Pot Soup
• 1 can condensed beef broth
• 3 tablespoons grass
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• ½ can water
• 3 tablespoons chopped watercress
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Place in a refrigerator for two to three hours, reheat, and serve.

Pork and Beans and Pot
• 1 large can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pork and beans
• ½ cup grass
• 4 slices bacon
• ½ cup light molasses
• ½ teaspoon hickory salt
• 3 pineapple rings
Mix together in a casserole, cover top with pineapple and bacon, bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Serves about six.

The Meat Ball
• 1 lb. hamburger
• ¼ cup chopped onions
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• ¼ cup bread crumbs
• 3 tablespoons grass
• 3 tablespoons India relish
Mix it all up and shape into meat balls. Brown in frying pan and drain. Place in a casserole with soup and ½ cup water, cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Feeds about four people.

Spaghetti Sauce
• 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• ½ cup chopped onions
• ½ cup chopped grass
• 1 pinch pepper
• 1 can (6 oz.) water
• ½ clove minced garlic
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 pinch thyme
• ½ teaspoon salt
Mix in large pot, cover and simmer with frequent stirring for two hours. Serve over spaghetti.

Pot Loaf
• 1 packet onion soup mix
• 1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
• ½ cup chopped grass
• 2 lbs. ground beef or chicken or turkey
• 1 egg
• 4 slices bread, crumbled
Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Bake for one hour in 400° oven. Serves about six.

Chili Bean Pot
• 2 lbs. pinto beans
• 1 lb. bacon, cut into two-inch sections
• 2 cups red wine
• 4 tablespoons chili powder
• ½ clove garlic
• 1 cup chopped grass
• ½ cup mushrooms
Soak beans overnight in water. In a large pot pour boiling water over beans and simmer for at least an hour, adding more water to keep beans covered. Now add all other ingredients and continue to simmer for another three hours. Salt to taste. Serves about ten.

Bird Stuffing
• 5 cups rye bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
• ½ cup each of raisins and almonds
• ½ cup celery
• 1/3 cup chopped onions
• 3 tablespoons ***ted butter
• ½ cup chopped grass
• 2 tablespoons red wine
Mix it all together, and then stuff it in.

Apple Pot
• 4 apples (cored)
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup water
• 4 cherries
• 1/3 cup chopped grass
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Powder the grass in a blender, then mix grass with sugar and water. Stuff cores with this paste. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, and top with a cherry. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

Pot Brownies
• ½ cup flour
• 3 tablespoons shortening
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1 tablespoon water
• ½ cup grass
• pinch of salt
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup
• 1 square ***ted chocolate
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup chopped nuts
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix shortening, sugar, honey, syrup, and egg. Then blend in chocolate and other ingredients, and mix well. Spread in an 8-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

Banana Bread
• ½ cup shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 2 cups sifted flour
• ½ cup chopped grass
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chopped nuts
Mix the shortening and sugar, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Separately mix bananas with lemon juice and add to the first mixture. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together, then mix all ingredients together. Bake for 1 ¼ hours at 375°.

Sesame Seed Cookies
• 3 oz. ground roast sesame seeds
• 3 tablespoons ground almonds
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• ¼ cup honey
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ oz. grass


Toast the grass until slightly brown and then crush it in a mortar. Mix crushed grass with all other ingredients, in a skillet. Place skillet over low flame and add 1 tablespoon of salt butter. Allow it to cook. When cool, roll mixture into little balls and dip them into the sesame seeds.
If you happen to be in the country at a place where pot is being grown, here’s one of the greatest recipes you can try. Pick a medium-sized leaf off of the marihuana plant and dip it into a cup of drawn butter, add salt, and eat.
